Credit information is shown in the Member Search , Leads and Carrier Search screens.
Credit reports on Canadian companies are provided by Equifax while reports on American companies come from TransCredit US.
For a more detailed credit report, request the detailed report from the Members Listing screen, and make a call into the TransCore Link Logistics Network.
To request the Full Credit Report
From the Members Listing Screen;
1. Double-click on the
icon beside the company name
OR
2. Select the company and click Request/View Credit Report from the pop-up menu or from the Edit pull-down menu.
The credit report icon will change colour to
indicate the report has been requested. When the call is completed, the credit
report icon
will
appear to the left of the company name to indicate that there is a full report
on file.
To view the Full Credit Report
From the Members Listing screen;
1.Double-click on the
icon. This will always display TransCredit US information for US companies, and
either Equifax information on Canadian companies.
OR
2.Right click the company, and select the credit report you wish to view from the pop-up menu.
OR
3.Select the company and click Edit|Equifax Report from the pull-down menu. (Members Listing Screen)
From the View Leads and View Carrier Locations screen;
1.Select the company and click View|Equifax from the pull-down menu. (Leads and Carrier Locations Screen)
2.Click on the button
on the corresponding credit report tab.
Note: In the Members Listing screen, companies that do not have the beside
their name do not have a Credit Report on file, and you will not be able to
choose Request/View Credit Report from the pop-up or pull-down menu. You cannot
request full credit reports from the Leads or Carrier Locations screens.
