Loadlink preferences can be selected from the pull-down menu after clicking on "file". There are nine preference tabs, each of which handles different loadlink features.
The nine tabs are:
General: The general tab allows you to set the default date format, customize Link by Ad, and reset grid layout in the members, postings, leads and carrier locations page.
Leads : This tab allows you to set the amount of time for which leads are considered new (new leads will appear highlighted in yellow). You also can customize grid layout of the leads screen.
Member: Allows you to customize customer refresh setup
Equipments: Allows you to set default commodity and equipment selections for equipment postings.
Loads: Allows you to set default commodity and equipment selections for load postings.
Live Leads: This tab allows you to select the sound played whenever a live lead is received.
Live Messages: Allows you to customize the View Live Leads box.
System Messages: Allows you to customize the notification of system message
Reports: Allows you to customize print font
