The tool bar is located below the pull-down menus. It is a set of icons that invoke different functions when clicked. If you position your mouse pointer over the icon it will display a dialog box stating its function.
The status bar, located to the right of the toolbar, displays information that varies, depending on the action you are currently performing.
A pull-down menu is activated when you click on any of the menu titles that appear at the top of each screen.
ie. 
When you click on any of these options a menu will appear. Options on the menu that appear in a dark shade are available, options that appear in a lighter shade are not available.
A pop-up menu is a menu that appears when you click the right mouse button. The options that appear in the darker shade are available to you, the options that appear in a lighter shade are not available.
This will post your loads and/or equipment, and returns leads, mileage, mail and credit requests.
