Access Information

The access information is your key to the TransCore Link Logistics Network. These fields must be completed in order to access the network successfully. If you do not have this information please contact a TransCore Link Logistics Customer Service Representative at 1-800-263-6149

To Access

1.Click the         icon on the Toolbar.

OR

2.Select File|Access Information from the pull-down menu.

Components

Access Information Tab:

Change Password – User name is displayed with password fields.

To change your password, you need enter old password and click "Change Password" then enter the old password, followed by the new one. You must then re-enter the new password for confirmation, then click "OK".

Customer Type - displays the designation of your company. This cannot be changed by the user.

Chat Nickname – displays the Nickname used in the LinkChat

Contact Info Tab:

Allows you to record specific information about your company. When other members of the network match with your posted loads and/or equipment they will use this information to contact you, and obtain more detailed information.

Company Profile:Contains pertinent information about your company as seen by other companies on the TransCore Link Logistics network.

Most of these fields cannot be changed by the user. To make any changes, please contact TransCore Link Logistics.

Dispatcher/Contact: The person or persons that should be contacted when another company wishes to book a load or truck from you.

Subscribed Services Tab:

Displays the features currently enabled on your TransCore Link Logistics account. The features not marked with a check are not enabled. To inquire about adding these features, contact Link.

Web Info Tab:

Contains internet information on your company, including email address and website url (if applicable).

Web Logo Tab:

Displays your company's online logo, if available.

Note: Access to the TransCore Link Logistics Network will be denied if any of the fields in the Access Information Tab are incorrect. Do not change any of these fields without contacting a TransCore Link Logistics Representative.
